Founder
Raden Panji Sukraadibrata
A Business Management graduate from BINUS University and alum of the Monash College Program in Melbourne, has been in the property business since 2014. He began his career managing properties for private owners of Uluwatu Square in Bali, gaining hands-on experience in asset management, leasing, and property turnaround.
By 2018, he formalized operations under the brand PT. Cipta Damai Abadi, focusing on end-to-end services in property investment, management, and development. Over six years, he led multiple successful projects, transforming underutilized spaces into high-performing assets for private and institutional clients.
In 2024, the company rebranded as Sabenthold (Sukraadibrata Enterprises Holdings) to reflect its broader vision: a vertically integrated holding company with interests in real estate, agriculture, and infrastructure, built on performance, partnerships, and long-term value.
Today, Sabenthold operates with a clear mission: to turn idle properties into income-generating assets through smart renovation, design-build execution, and performance-based revenue sharing—without operational burdens for the owner.
From its roots in Bali to a growing national presence, Sabenthold combines over a decade of experience with a win-win model where growth is shared, and real estate becomes a future-ready platform for lasting impact.
